Pros
I loved my time at Discover. You are treated like an equal by all levels of management. When they say “open door” policy that’s exactly what it means. You could go to any team coach or even the the... department managers with any question or issue and they would help with a smile. Discover really cares about their card members and employees. Can’t say enough about the company. Wish I was still there!
Cons
Call volume can be a little high but the training program and additional training classes available through professional development fully equip you to handle the stress of high call volume.
