I worked at Burns & Wilcox full-time for more than a year

Pros

Offers the ability for growth. Great team environment, everyone is very friendly and most have a good attitude. The organization supports continued education.

Cons

Not too many cons, maybe a lack of guidance from management. Other than that, nothing bad to say I would recommend.

Advice to Management

Focus on bottom up approaches starting with the UAs to ensure that they are getting the proper training and guidance.

On-site clinic, Good Health Benefits, Good Clients, Relaxed Dress Code, Opportunities, Great Management, Good Atmosphere.

Cons

Few things has to be focused in management otherwise it is awesome.
