Brother makes a difference in people's life (They help on a local + international scale). Every time - there is a chance to give back to the community - they jump straight into making a difference... and helping. You can grow at Brother - there is endless opportunities for growth - you need to have curiosity for learning and exploring different avenues. With their continuous improvement methods – there is a Creative and intellectual challenges that can come your way and it is up to you to find a solution and voice it. I am blessed that I work for a stable company that is known internationally.

The fact that they do a lot for their employees and they don't show case it much to the external world

Great salary and benefits, opportunities for growth. So many people are being hired and promoted and new positions are opening all the time because of company growth. Not many people are leaving... because of this and the people are great.
