Pros

They were always great with ensuring I had everything I needed. Response times were quick with any questions or issues that arose. I had more than enough leverage to trade. As others have mentioned,... the freedom existed to trade my own strategies.

Cons

As a remote trader, there are often times were you feel a disconnect. While consent communication via morning calls and e-mails does exist, it's not the same as engaging face - to - face with someone.

Pros

- The work can be really interesting (depends on the team you're on, but the product teams are doing cool stuff) - As an intern, your work actually goes into production, and depending on your... project, can be vital to the company's goals - The company culture is very friendly and welcoming, no one hesitates to help if you need it - Lots of nice perks (paid day trips, free food in the office, contests with prizes, etc.)

Cons

- full-time staff has a high turnover rate, so it can be difficult if people you work with leave frequently
