Pros

Great technology and employees can share in the profit.

Cons

R&D headquarters are in Germany, which sometimes causes delays and slow fixes to issues.

I worked at Advance Health

Pros

Easy to get job. not a lot of hard work. lots of parking space which is always a bonus. some coworkers are very nice and helpful.

Cons

They pile work on you without knowing how their department runs and the work that is needed to actually make it function. Managers are clueless and very very incompetent.

Advice to Management

Get competent managers. who have good management skills. And don't think they are doing an excellent job when they should be let go for being stupid.
