Former Intern - Machine Learning Engineer Intern

I worked at Bond Brand Loyalty

Pros

Working at Bond was awesome. The people here really care about your interests and career growth. The analytics and tech executives are so approachable and knowledgable!! Even as an intern I... interacted quite a bit with the VP and director of A&T and they were friendly and inspiring. The work I did was interesting and contributed to my learning goals. Definitely recommend working here.

Cons

My internship was remote sadly due to Covid so the only con I have was that I didn't get to meet everyone in person!

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Conversion Digital full-time for more than a year

Pros

Small agency life has given me the ability to try new things that I wouldn't get to try at a larger agency Management listens to employees when they have an issue and acts swiftly to make things... right I feel appropriately compensated for the work I do, and respected and heard if I ask for a raise The new work-from-home system has been implemented without issue, and work/life balance is better than ever New health benefits cover everything I need

Cons

some client leads tend to accept new work before checking on resources
