Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Boleman Law Firm full-time

Pros

Good staff, fun environment, good mission

Cons

Busy office, with difficult days and client situations

Advice to Management

Hire more staff

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Phillips Law Firm full-time for less than a year

Pros

I was always busy and that made the days go by quickly. I had good coworkers that made it a bit better, but they quit too. I would say it was good experience but that doesn't seem to be the case... either...

Cons

Supervisors/management like to start drama and talk horribly about employees to other employees. Don't bother going to HR with anything she will run straight to the supervisor and let them know it... was you or lie about what you said. This place is full of backstabbing its why they keep losing their best employees.

Advice to Management

It's a tiny firm talking about your employees behind their backs gets around. Listen to people when they express why things aren't working out. It would probably help avoid the bi-monthly mass exodus
