Advice to Management
Provide updates to employee workforce and host team meetings more often to have employees express their feelings and emotions. Some work harder than others and need the feedback/reassurance, not to... mention, working remotely has a feeling of disconnection to the employees who work in-house, and may feel like their responsibilities and duties don't have any value. Management is incredible, but being in customer service not only means taking care of the customers, but ensuring the health and wellness of the employees is crucial for exceptional feedback from the customers/members/clients. The only reason why I listed 3 stars for compensation & benefits is because they will only start you at $12/hour, but with no promises for promotion or vertical/horizontal integration into corporate; they are in the midst of retaining their customers all while choosing to spend their assets and liabilities in another direction (which is understandable). Also, 1 star for career opportunities because they are solely focusing on their BodyFit services which means they need to hire individuals who have prior experience depending on who they are looking for; possible room for expansion, as long as you have a probable of 3+ years of tenure. I am not dishonoring Bodybuilding.com, but there does need be an acceptable amount of customer service in order for the customers to be satisfied with what they are inquiring about whether that be an order mistake, consultation, advice/feedback, etc.
