Current Employee - Director

I have been working at A.M. Best full-time for more than a year

Pros

You will get access to really knowledgeable people from any area in the insurance industry --

Cons

Not much - it is steady but need some good strategy people

Advice to Management

C-level people should think more from an internal perspective - the focus of the top people is too much external which is good to a certain extent
