"Blocket was super nice, then came the Nordic Marketplace"

Pros

There is a massive majority of really super nice people. Free Massages, Benify, regular suprise "there is cake", fruits, and very accomodating on hybrid work! Direct management is kind.... Technically challenging and interesting forward-culture.

Cons

Blocket has been eaten up now by Schibsted and their Nordic Marketplace, where management is overcrowding the rest, bragging about having neither "all the answers" nor any real responsibility, but... pointing at arbitrary directions to follow. Everyone is confused and trying to hold everything together, but shortsightedness and wall-banging are a daily scourge.
