Current Freelancer - User Module Software Programmer

I have been working at BioWare for more than 10 years

Pros

Nice, quiet, courteous, determined, hard working, fast, perseverant!

Cons

My physical health is debilitating but I will not give up!

Advice to Management

perseverance!!, support, help, assistance, contribution, team work, goal determination, a plan for the future with the possibility of execution and completion!

Former Intern - Gameplay Programmer

I worked at Ludia for less than a year

Pros

- Diversity in tasks: due to the teams being relatively small, you will be given tasks according to what is currently needed, both on the tools and gameplay side. It makes you learn a lot. - Very... supportive coworkers that value your input and include you in all important conversations. - Gradual increase in task challenge: they will give you tasks that challenge you just a bit more than the previous one. By the end of the internship, you feel that you've become a full-timer.

Cons

- Mobile freemium games, market-driven rather than creative-driver.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!
