I worked at Barratt Developments

Pros

Large, diverse projects with ample opportunity to have a great deal of input and really make a difference. Plenty of opportunity to progress within the business if committed, hardworking and can... demonstrate good leadership skills. Overall a good place to work, with an acceptable work life balance.

Cons

Due to the size of the company it is quite easy to get lost in a crowd. Some employees take advantage of this and output/ performance can be low.

Advice to Management

Set more measurable kpi’s for individuals.

Current Contractor - Corporate Marketing Manager

I have been working at Aecon for more than a year

Pros

- very team orientated and high paced work environment

Cons

long hours and sometimes will request to work on weekends
