Featured Review

Current Employee - Associate Consultant

I have been working at Bain & Company full-time for less than a year

Pros

The best people to work with! Everyone is so smart! Great resources available and unbelievable perks. Inclusive work space.

Cons

Base salary should be more comparable to BCG and McKinsey if the firm wants to really be #1. Hours can be long but not too bad relatively. Try to get more cases across different verticals.

Advice to Management

Keep investing in your people.

Former Employee - Financial Analyst

I worked at FTI Consulting full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Intellectually stimulating work Good work-life balance

Cons

Varies on department that you are working for

Advice to Management

Better communication with HR
