Focus on people and they will deliver

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Response Biomedical for less than a year

Pros

- Supportive managers - Friendly coworkers - Smaller company; allows you to get to know everyone quite well - Daily meetings and weekly meetings allow for good communication - Good lab... experience; became much more proficient at pipetting, solution preparation, and time management with regards to experimental procedures

Cons

- Lab work can get repetitive at times - (not really a con) Do not expect to have an easy workload; always keep up with your work and be ready to take on new assignments and tasks with short notice
