I worked at Avigilon full-time for less than a year

Pros

Working as a team doing fast paced assembly. Learning how various security cameras are constructed. Monthly birthday celebrations. Occasional company BBQ.

Cons

You have to enjoy repetitive and fast paced work. There are constant production targets that have to be made. The night shift at the Richmond location finishes after the last bus of the day so a... car may be required.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Cant think of any pros

Cons

No job security, PF or medical. Work on weekends. Forced to join 20 whatsapp groups and follow them 24 hours. Ill behaved and dishonest Leadership.

Advice to Management

Plan your projects and dont sell lies to customers. At the end employees suffer because of your poor planning and over commitment. Employees are human beings, not slaves. if you want them to be... faithful then pay them and allow them to live normal lives.
