Former Employee - Software Developer

I worked at Autodesk full-time for more than a year

Pros

+ Excellent work environment + Great mentorship from seniors + Incredible projects + Startup vibes with big corp funding + 20+ interns per quarter

Cons

- Some projects can be killed at any moments notice - You can't get to know everyone you work with - Your manager is probably in a meeting somewhere

Advice to Management

Keep your employees in the loop for projects.

Current Intern - Software Development

I have been working at Nuance for less than a year

Pros

Friendly coworkers, convenience office location, interesting tasks, not open-space office, chill

Cons

Large office could get lost easily

Advice to Management

None, I actually like my manager as he is very respectful and provide me useful feedback/comments when I asked for them.
