* The team members are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help and support one another when required * Casual environment with a professional atmosphere * Small team environment facilitates... good communication between team members and management * Sharing of ideas and concepts is supported and encouraged * Flexible work environment * Good balance between working independently and as a team * Work/life balance is a focal point

Cons

* Need more structure for newly hired consultants to quickly get up to speed * This is a small organization, every team member wears many hats - opportunity for development of other skills, however,... must have time management skills * Limited direction on occasion
