Pros

- Great culture - Fulfilling work - Great management - Room to grow - Work is interesting - Good pay - Great work life balance

Cons

- Since it is such a large organization, processes move slowly (i.e. orientation, receiving a contract, interview process, pay setup, etc.)

Advice to Management

Voted one of the best places to work in Canada for good reason!
