Good money, good colleagues, essential business

Cons

Supervisors should not be hiding information from company management about the conditions at the Goderich Mine. Supervisors should not walk away from problems that were reported to company management... and recorded in the maintenance log book. The union should not interfere in engineering decisions if they have no relevant technical education and experience.

Advice to Management

Supervisors can be incompetent and uneducated. They do not want to give good employees overtime hours. Such supervisors should have a serious discussion with management to determine if they are not... sabotaging the Goderich Mine. Overtime work can help to identify problems before they become serious and disruptive to the business.
