Current Employee - Train Conductor

I have been working at Canadian Pacific Railway full-time for less than a year

Pros

Despite majority consensus, this company at a management level will have your back and wants you to have the best experience possible. When you a good employee it can be rewarded.

Cons

There are times that local management seem out to get you. But safety is paramount. Do a good job and all is fine. This company, in my experience, will have your back if you deserve it. I am thankful... for this job and am excited for a long and fulfilling career.

Advice to Management

For running trades make it feel less like a fight. Work together. Appreciate the staff and say the thank you’s etc. It does actually go far.
