Featured Review

Former Employee - Apple Genius

I worked at Apple part-time for less than a year

Pros

Top tech company Good for part time

Cons

Good for part time only

Current Employee - Producer

I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time for more than a year

Pros

EA really cares about its employees and has a ton of perks and benefits available to their talent. They really emphasize career development and studio culture, making it a very comfortable place to... work. They value inclusion and do everything they can to make their employees feel valued. It's the EA of old times.

Cons

It's a big company, they are big games, it's AAA. People who want to turn around projects quick and with complete creative autonomy won't find it easy to navigate.

Advice to Management

Keep treating your employees right and making them feel valued. Consider promoting from within more than hiring out and remove some of the red tapes that don't need to be there at studio level.
