Current Intern - Customer Experience

I have been working at American Fidelity Assurance Company for less than a year

Pros

Opportunity for growth Relaxed work environment Work from home Awesome benefits Be part of a great team where you will fit in perfectly

Cons

None at all. Great place

I worked at University of Central Oklahoma

Pros

Comfortable place to work. Feels good to be true to the infrastructure which is a great place to climb a ladder if you create the actual position. Tradition is highly regarded.

Cons

Little fluctuation of leadership infrastructure. Out with the old and right back in with the old. Which can suck for you at times...

Advice to Management

Progressive channelization of innovative learning and development. Allow for strengths to surface amongst teamwork development. Brownie points to facilitators allowing students to direct their own... traffic of study. Stay true to the Old North mannerisms.
