Pros

Love our culture and fun family. We are treated very well, enjoy competitive salaries and commission, great learning and advancement opportunities. Our team enjoys flex hours for extra time off,... sales programs and remote working options.

Cons

There are no cons, except for Covid.

Good clients. Good colleagues. There were snacks for awhile.

Cons

Managing Director mismanaged money. Could not deliver compensation to staff in a timely manner. Could not refund client DEPOSITS for programs that lacked a deliverable.

Advice to Management

Pay everyone back.
