- "Altis" was the most mentioned Con at Altis Recruitment.
I worked at Altis Recruitment full-time for more than 3 years
Literally everything. The most incredible people to work with, they hire with intention and build teams and leaders that form the most positive environment. Training is thorough and you truly reap... the benefits of the work you put in. I started with no experience in the industry and quickly saw my base increase 15k within my first 2 years. There is increased work life balance with flex hours, free flow days and remote work - truly allowing you to dictate how, where and when you work. The people and leaders are what make Altis, I forged friendships that I'll carry with me forever.
They hire driven go-getters and everyone really is in it to win it; so it's easy to feel like you need to work crazy hours when others do, but this is never encouraged by management.
