Current Intern - Summer Student

I have been working at AltaGas for less than a year

Pros

benefit, salary, people are easy-going

Cons

not so many promotion opportunities

Current Employee - Logistics

I have been working at Pembina Pipelines full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Compensation is great (including the vacation/flex time), growing company and smart people/management.

Cons

Maybe all the growth will take away a great vibe that exists today - but that remains to be seen.

Advice to Management

Keep rewarding your strong employees and attempt to not take anything away from them as the firm continues to grow and tighten costs.
