Featured Review

Current Employee - Computer Systems Analyst

I have been working at Allstate full-time for more than a year

Pros

Environment is awesome, very positive

Cons

Benefits could be better

Current Intern - Software Engineer(Internship)

I have been working at USAA for less than a year

Pros

Great compensation, 8% 401k match, charitable donation matching up to $1000, lots of PTO and paid volunteer day opportunities. They gave me a brand new laptop for work. I also log my own hours, so... management is not on my back.

Cons

I can’t think of any so far.

Advice to Management

Let your interns start their Udemy memberships a little before internships start! It would have been super nice to know a little more of the languages coming in, and those are great resources.
