Former Intern - Summer Student

I worked at Agrium for less than a year

Pros

-Great work environment that provided lots of networking opportunities -Offers very competitive compensation -Offers opportunities for Physical fitness including classes, dietitians, and a life... coach

Cons

-Some managers are fairly busy and can be difficult to book meetings -workload can be heavy at times, however, its never overwhelming

Advice to Management

Not a lot to say, they do a wonderful job. Continue to offer the summer student program, as it provides an opportunity for students to get valuable work experience.
