I have been working at Agilus Work Solutions full-time for more than a year

Pros

I have been with Agilus for over a year. I have been given the opportunity to make process changes and develop my skills. The support showed by by direct manager has been amazing. Work life... balance is important and recognized. I would highly recommend Agilus as an employer.

Cons

I have no concerns at this time.

Advice to Management

Many changes over the past year but all for the best. Change can be difficult but Senior Managers have helped make smooth transitions.

You constantly look for potential talent gaps and you go out of your way to try motivate employees in the right direction. Great job! Lets all learn from your behaviour. You’re really good at... delegating key responsibilities to your team members on a rotational regular basis. Your team never seems to be You demonstrate an extraordinary amount of dedication and sensitivity to the needs your employees.
