Former Contractor - Insurance Agent

I worked at Aflac

Pros

Good management, good team leaders and great work atmosphere

Cons

Lack of growth within the department, over-load of work

Advice to Management

Encourage employees engagement with task-based incentives

Current Employee - Senior Associate

I have been working at World Financial Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good opportunity; Good Training, Pure brokerage w/ access to every kind of solution from best of breed companies in Canada, not Captive agents that can only sell Term. Great income + great self... development; People genuinely care for families; great bonuses; fantastic positive environment; good culture.

Cons

You Need to actually work. No such thing as just add water overnight success. Most people whom complain weren't willing to put the effort in. General training isn't standardized - and can vary. Some... offices with unbalance/dominant racial culture can make some feel out of place when they arrive.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work & continue tweaks toward continuous improvement and supporting the organizations extremely rapid growth.
