Great culture! Love my teams and the culture of continous improvement. We're working hard each year to help everyone feel heard and to click into paths for career development.

Cons

No big negatives that impeed my role, team or happiness. We're a large global company with thousands of teams, so we use technology to collaborate as effectiveley as we can - but we're still striving... to have more F2F meetings when and where it makes sense coming into 2023.
