I have been working at Achievers full-time for less than a year

Pros

The people here are a standout, everyone is dedicated and so open to supporting each other. Pay is competitive, really great benefits where the company covers all the premiums, parental leave top-up... is really nice bonus. Love the new office!

Cons

It's a very fast-paced environment, onboarding can be bumpy but everyone is there to support you which makes it easier. Sometimes you end up working long hours when close to deadlines, but not... unheard of.

Advice to Management

Continue to listen to the employees and living the company values.

I have been working at Swyme full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Small company, dedicated leadership and a product that knocks people's socks off when they see it. Once people sign on, they are typically happy customers for life.

Cons

Doesn't have the name recognition of the big players, so we have to work hard to be trusted. Missing some of the perks that larger companies typically have, but plans to implement more in 2015.

Advice to Management

Sometimes gets too excited about automated solutions. That is good for helping marketing/establishing leads, but need more investment in the people that can make a face to face impression, establish... a relationship, etc.
