I worked at Achievers

Pros

- Great culture. Values transparency, flexibility, people enjoy working with each other - Strong leadership team with long-term vision - Good mission, and trying to make an impact on building better... leaders - High growth mode, so creating a lot of jobs, and gives employees mobility - Supports employees with good tools. Nice to see investment in replatforming and underlying infrastructure. - Fun work environment. Love the beer keg. - CEO really cares about employees. See him practicing what we preach and using our tools.

Cons

- Need to get clearer on product roadmap to allow developers to move faster - Really high growth, which is great, but starting to get tight in the Toronto office. Looking forward to the new building.

Advice to Management

On the right track. Keep reinforcing where we are going, and pushing to move faster.

Current Employee - User Experience Designer

I have been working at FormHero full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Supportive and positive learning environment - Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help each other complete the task at hand - Lots of room and support for professional growth - Easily... accessible location (5 minute walk from Union) - Upper management are actively involved in the production, product and work with you to make the process better - Great work life balance - Building facilities are clean, provide basic utensils, cutlery, coffee and tea. There are also a number of meeting rooms that are available for personal work or meetings that hold up to 20 people.

Cons

- Crunch time can sometimes happen (but when it does, everyone steps up together) - No windows in the office, however there is a library zone with lots of natural light, available anytime

Advice to Management

Keep engaging with and listening to your employees
