Featured Review

Former Employee - Inside Sales Representative

I worked at Accu-Tech full-time for more than a year

Pros

Almost no rules, autonomy to do whatever you want whenever you want.

Cons

Almost no rules. No feedback positive or negative. Very little help from management. No career path. No responsiveness by management to suggestions or to feedback, they don't really want any.

Advice to Management

Get current technology, listen to the people making you the money about what they need. Provide professional leadership.

Current Employee - Graduate Assistant

I have been working at Ball State University full-time

Pros

As a graduate assistant, I spend a lot of my time with my fellow classmates. We are constantly talking about what is new in the industry and trying to help each other get as much out of the program... as possible

Cons

Money could be better but this is what I signed up for. I'm here to learn and move on to better things. That's what being a GA is about!
