I just had Elite Cleaning (or something like that) do a deep clean between tenants. In a follow up call they quoted 90 for monthly cleaning (470ish sqft). Did a pretty good job. Also I just saw that Amazon is getting into cleaning services (or at least serving as a platform) - might be worth checking out

I wouldn’t recommend Handy, I know several who have used it and it’s worked out poorly. I’d recommend asking people in your building. I’ve found that it’s easiest to work with a person directly vs company.
