I interviewed with a company (2 interviews of 1h each) more than 15 days ago. In the company's portal my application shows as "in progress" and I haven't heard back from anyone (HR or interviewers). Is this normal?

Same thing happened to me. Apparently they haven't made a decision and are still interviewing 1.5 months later. My working theory is they are trying to take advantage of the slow market.
Like4Shoot them an email, state that you were glad to speak with them and want to reiterate your interest in the role and see if there is anything else you can give them. Short, simple, professional, then leave it at that
Like3Sadly the rules of getting back to people and keeping people updated seam to have gone out of the window at the moment. Just 2 many people chasing 2 few roles for example I had one role I interviewed for and feedback was good and that i would be getting a date for a second and final interview the following week. 3 weeks later having chased weekly and getting updates from recruiter such as they are just going through the internal candidates, all the internal candidates have been rejected and its between me and 2 other external candidates and they are just coordinating diaries that i hear an internal candidate started the week after my interview. Recruiter now ghosting me and i found this out when i called and got his manager rather than him. I do hope you hear soon but now if i dont hear after a week i am writing the role off.
