What is your greatest weakness for an administrative assistant interview?

    I answer this type of question about a skill/task that I may have a basic knowledge in but would like to develop more in depth skills & how I am doing that. For example, ' I have a basic working knowledge of Excel, however I would like to develop my skills to an advanced level. I am undertaking a number of on-line courses to develop my knowledge. This type of response shows self awareness and that you are proactively undertaking measures to address this.

    Being to much of a perfectionist, but your working on it to be able to deliver quickly with only 70% of the information available.

This may sound weird but hear me out. I have an interview coming up for a role that I have a strong suspicion is not a good fit for me. So I figure this is a good opportunity to try out some things that I’ve never been brave enough to do before. E.g. try to prioritize making personal connection over demonstrating the fit.
