‘you get 10 paid vacation days. They used to provide 10 paid days and 10 unpaid days but they took them away ’
3 weeks paid vacation for employees, no benefits for independent contractors
extended health care benefits, however, the insurer figured out the employees were using the benefits higher than average, as well we work in clinics and have accessibility to paramedical services, so they hiked up the price and Pt health changed the benefits to that bare minimum. Terrible coverage. Also you are not paid for any Non-Statutory Holidays and are expected to work them as well.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. We take all our feedback seriously. All our clinics and head offices are closed on stat holidays in their respective provinces, so definitely not expected to work them! Every province has a few different stats, so perhaps it might be a bit confusing if some province clinics are open and others aren't. As for our health care plan, Insurance premiums do increase each year with every insurance provider, not just ours. We review our plans often and do try ensure to keep them as low as possible while still ensuring our employees receive benefits! If you have any more concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to your manager or the HR Department. Thank you
Very expensive with little benefit
The coverage is absolutely bare bones and it's over $170 a month for only $1500 total family coverage and there are still co-pays.
Benefits have recently changed to replace Health practitioners, vision and orthotics coverage with Health Spending account.
There was no benefits package at the time
Physio is not charged to employees, though the clinic will always try to charge you until you correct it 80% of most things, does not cover eye exams limited dental
Two weeks of paid vacation time, business casual dress code, flexible scheduling

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! There was a government legislative change in January regarding the emergency leave days which made them unpaid. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the HR department. Thank you and have a great day!
