Easy job good pay laid back
The company offers great benefits overall.
For US employees, employee-only medical is paid 100% by them!
Company is small, and they tried to economize on health benefits -- given their size. Cost of premiums for family is very high, but the choice of plans was not bad. Benefits are not comparable to other companies in the area, and certainly not with larger companies that don't have to work with a third party administrator or buy in to small group plans.

I2c’s physical presence in the US is small and geographically dispersed, which means the benefits package issued through a third party administrator is very expensive—especially for medical coverage for families. However, there is a wide choice of plans and access to vision and life insurance, long term disability policies, etc. But for a family, it can be very expensive.
