30 percent off and some health benefits, including dental and other free benefits such as cinema tickets, and competitions
There are zero worthwhile benefits. No bonuses. Holidays are chosen by the store manager.
You don't get commission but there is 30 percent off all stock for staff, not including games which are 15 percent off. You often get early access to exclusives, rarities, pre-orders. You can order items from the company that aren't in stock and put things aside for yourself. The company has it's own sick pay scheme which is full pay while you're off. Holiday is paid, but the standard amount. There is also a discount scheme for certain companies including phone contracts, gyms, dental care etc where you can get money off. I never used it but other employees said it was good.
Upto 30% discount. They would withdraw sick pay if you had 3 occasions or 10 days in total in a year, whilst some colleagues got months of sick pay without consequences. Threaten you if you didn’t sell enough Pure cards, but poor timekeeping or unauthorised abscences went unchallenged by HR.
Discount and general atmosphere. Cool staff that are friendly and approachable. Fun working environment.
The staff discount could be the best thing for you and the worst thing for your account.
Good pension scheme and company perks if targets are met (promotional holidays for the store or money rewards)
30% staff discount on all products, with the exceptions of games, which are 15%, and gift cards / console memberships etc which have no discount attached. Between £20 and £100 store credit if you are one of the top three performers in the region in regards to customer service feedback. Limited knowledge due to employment lasting for only four months.
30% discount on anything, rewards if you get enough good feed back, you get to listen to an album of your choice when working. staff party at Christmas
Can't remember any stand out benefits as such but they do offer a staff discount of around 30% which is a pretty good saving if you need it
