‘Covers basically most things you'd need health insurance for. Decent plan and easy to make claims. ’
‘Allows for 12 sick days per year which is fairly generous in my opinion. Rewards those who rarely take sick days with Flex days.’
‘higher than the usual, 3 weeks to start. ’
Good paid time off. 3 weeks Can do better on sick days. Just 6. They have 2 flex days if you dont take any sick time during the year.
- standard health insurance plan that cover pretty much most things you need - provide good amount of sick days and rewards flex days - strict on vacation days/banked stat days however, don't prefer to pay out to their employees.
nothing related and the benefit is low
Company retirement pension plan matching - but only after 2 years of full time employment.
ZE offers a very rich benefits program. All employees begin with 3 weeks of paid holidays, and increases with tenure to up to 5 weeks. ZE has a comprehensive extended health and dental plan. Additionally ZE provides a percentage matching contribution pension plan (RPP) that increase with tenure. Paid sick leave and flex days are provided. On top of the benefits above, ZE has many social events, Monday morning breakfasts, on site yoga multiple times a week, and many other employee focused benefits.
The sick policy is very strict.
Start low. Good in the long run. Extended health coverage. MSP is paid. 4% RPP matching < 5 years, 6% > 5 < 10 years. Employee Incentive shares. 3 weeks vacation to start . 4 weeks after 5 years. 5 weeks after 10 years. Regular social activities. Free breakfast once a week. Lots of lunches and team events.
Overall benefits were for full time employees. Since this review is for intern so there were no benefits given.
company has good perks, in my option good rates, compatible with the market (at least for my position).
They don't offer good benefits
