you are allowed 4 occasions or 10 days sick off all year - if you get up to this you are put on a personal improvement plan. Line managers seem to have a higher allowance as they are off more. On the plus side they are caring with long term absences for personal issues. Bad working conditions is a big cause of sickness.
Not much experience with sick pay although I know they have been really accommodating with me when I was sick and I got paid
never had to use it but understand you get full pay for quite a while when signed off sick - another example of how well looked after we are!
We are allowed ten days off for being sick or 4 occurrences whichever happens first. I think this is plenty of time.
3 months full pay but it should really be 6 months
After one year service you receive full pay for sickness unlike any other contact centre I've worked in
