    Paid in full for six months then half for a further six months. Never used it,but areally good benefit.

    Not much experience with sick pay although I know they have been really accommodating with me when I was sick and I got paid

    never had to use it but understand you get full pay for quite a while when signed off sick - another example of how well looked after we are!

    We are allowed ten days off for being sick or 4 occurrences whichever happens first. I think this is plenty of time.
