Amazing benefits package for all levels
Large company so hard to navigate options
Offered a good benefits package.
WT's benefits are its strong point. Plenty of PTO and wellness days. Diligent awareness of work-to-life balance (even when it can't be maintained managers are at least good at acknowledging it), and dental / vision / health are all on-par with experiences from past companies. The weakest point in my opinion is the lack of mental health support. No coverage for therapy / counseling
