‘It's too expensive and doesn't cover much.’
‘Not the best, coming back isn't easy’
‘Pretty descent vacation time. I had like 6 weeks.’
Customizable health benefit packages and good travel privileges.
Pay May not be that enough depends on the role and what the industry is paying for in general
Amazing benefits. Flight benefits, medical, dental, and more
Good general health benefits. No health spending account. Great gym on site, free parking, and several retail discounts. Travel and matched savings benefits are also a perk.
Good dental benefit, becomes available after 3 months of employment. Other health benefit is good over all. If you have any health concerns, you can arrange the coverage flexibly.
Flight benefits are amazing! Employees and employee parents get unlimited standby travel with a partner.
Regrettably, margins at airlines are razor thin - so while the salary for my role was at market, for many roles they are below market. And while the benefit package can be completely tailored to your needs, expect to pay a significant co-pay portion out of pocket. I haven't had to pay for benefits for my last 4 employers - so was a bit of a shock and hit to budget, making the on market salary stretch less.
Great Flying Benefits, Health Benefits
Flexible schedule, good flight benefits, health benefits are subpar.
travel benefits, horrible hours, make your own schedule
