“Useful, though not always considered appropriate (despite a growing workforce and less desks to go around!).”

Yearly salary growth given most benefits though are through salary sacrifice. Through salary sacrifice a lot of 'choices' are provided to employees.

Good flexible benefits package. Salaries can be a bit ad hoc. Really good pension scheme. The organisation is looking at clearer routes to promotion which could be great if it happens.

WSP has recently upgraded its benefits options, including pensions, healthcare & fitness discounts, company cars, flexible annual leave amongst other things. It offers a lot, though much of it (dare I say) is fairly useless.

Caring, lots of work, little pay. They do pay for me to study my degree part time. There are a lot of opportunities and training courses.

Negative aspect is initial pay was very low (especially compared to competitors). There has been a slow and steady rise since.
