If you’re in an LTO you don’t get benefits in the summer, even though you’re in the supply list after your LTO ends.
Best: pension Worst: incompetent and lazy employees get same salary.

The benefits that are offered are only applied to those who are working full-time. If you are an occasional worker, you are excluded.
