Salaried staff receive vacation and paid time off, full-time hourly staff can collect time in lieu of. Not very many people if any ever receive all of their lieu time and are not paid out. Some would be owed years in unpaid hours worked

Covers Basically everything. Just have to make sure you use what they give you. Process is easy enough to claim whatever benefits.

Fairly standard benefits. Company matched pension and stock options are a nice perk that make investing in your future easier to do.

They have cut the benefits package back over the years (keep shareholder profits up) but compared to other companies that offer little to no benefits, this is still one of the best

Best thing is the matching of the employee contributions, the worse thing would be the medical benefits have decreased over the years

The best perk is being able to watch the game. If you like baseball in Canada, this is the job for you. You also do get some discounts at the shop.
