We believe in having a team that's cared for, well-rested, and worldly. To us, these aren't perks—this is how we should always be supported at work.
Current and former employees report that Thinkific provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

‘You get unlimited vacation. Many companies offer you this but will make you feel guilty for taking it. Thinkific makes their employees take at least 1 week/quarter. ’
‘Covers massage and chiropractor, health, vision, and dental’
Very generous benefits package including health insurance, development support, stock options, hardware bonus for a new computer, home office purchases (desk, chair, monitor, accessories), lunch for some events, and more!
Pros: 1) The pay is relatively good if you compare it to other companies of similar size/industry. 2) The company sets you up with a home office, and a computer (which you get to keep). 3) You get decent insurance benefits (about 80% coverage). 4) Flexibility (to me this is part of the benefits). 5) You get stock options (not a huge amount but enough to l forward to cashing them). Cons: - No RRSP/DPSP/stock matching programs, which many companies offer to help you save/plan for your retirement.
Lots of good health benefits
Best: Uncapped vacation and flexibility Worst: No RRSP matching
Unlimited vacation + flexibility of taking time off (without shame) as well as your Personal + Health spending accounts. They really value work/life balance at Thinkific.
Unlimited vacation is amazing, as well as a large learning budget for growth and development.
In addition to competitive salaries and semiliterate stock options, Thinkific’s benefits really show that they care about their team’s wellbeing. Everyone on the team has vision, dental, paramedical, pharmaceutical, long and short term disability, parental top up, life insurance, $300 flexible PHA/PSA, and an additional $2000 towards your mental health coverage. They also offer great perks like unlimited paid vacation, unlimited sick and personal days, a $2000 hardware credit to update your tech every 3 years, and an annual stipend of $1500 per annum for personal and professional development!
Thinkific takes really good care of their people! On top of the regular perks, like the extended health benefits, there is so much flexibility which is awesome for work life balance.
Solid, basic coverage. Dental, Drugs, Vision, Travel all adequately covered. Great vacation policy.
