Great employee incentives package. After a 3 month probationary period you get access to 2 weeks of vacation (which keeps increasing after you've worked here for 5+ years), paid sick days, almost 100% coverage of health, dental and extended health care (vision, massage, physio, chiro, etc.). Also for in all departments some sort of commission/bonus/incentive opportunities exists if you hit weekly/monthly/annual goals so that's a huge motivator. We also get free coffee daily and are treated to work events, lunches, etc.
