Good engineering culture but worst management
Teradici's overall benefit package is reasonable and it compares with most other high tech companies in BC. There is no vision care benefit; however, they have a $500 Health Spending Account (HSA) that you can use towards the prescription packages. They use SunLife of Canada which is an average provider. On a few occasions did not pay our claims until we phoned them several times and provide additional documentation.
The company provides a good benefits package, it has Health Spending Account and Travel Benefit. The dental coverage is good too.
Solid benefits package that is fairly well aligned with similar companies.
Worst thing is they don't pay MSP premiums like some companies do and they only pay 80% of extended benefits cost.
The benefits package is competitive
Decent medical coverage including prescription medications. Lack of vision coverage, but does have a health care spending account that can apply to glasses.
Health benefits competitive with other tech companies
