Pension is very good. Healthcare is good. General work environment is good. Nice flexibility around life events as they arise. Wasn't always the case.

Best: good (and occasionally very generous) share schemes; large (12%) employer pension contribution; private health insurance for employee and family; company-wide performance based bonus scheme (~5%); life insurance. Worst: depends on perspective. Ambitious consultants - sharing bonus across the company keeps the environment collegial, but reward for excellence requires sustained high performance rather than one good year. Lifestylers - little flexible working, working from home, part time etc.

A generous employer thanks to its high proportion of employee ownership. Pension contribution is generous (over 10% employer contribution). Pay is high if you perform well and stay. Free health and life insurance. Good bonus if you do well, and excellent share plan.

Free to take your holiday when you want - no one puts any pressure on. It would be nice if you could take unpaid leave but you can't.

Excellent pension and health insurance - but no flexible working at all.

Not flexible regarding working hours or working from home, but instead expect employees to be in the office for a "core" period of 9:00 - 17:50
